What counts as one calculation?
One token equals one successful infrastructure sizing recommendation. Changing the display currency, reopening a saved result, or downloading a PDF does not consume a token. Failed or invalid requests are never charged.
Do tokens expire?
No. Purchased tokens remain in your account until you use them. There is no monthly expiration or subscription renewal.
Can I share tokens with my team?
The Team pack is designed for shared use. Tokens are attached to a single account today — team workspace features are on our roadmap.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay through our payment partner Paddle. Paddle handles sales tax and VAT automatically based on your location.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. If you have unused tokens, we offer refunds within 14 days of purchase. See our refund policy for details.
